Guest room included a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. The bed was very comfy and there was free Wi-Fi. The staff was affable & excellent, and assisted with luggage.

Great value for money. Quiet location with shops, cafes, and lake nearby. Modern, clean rooms in historic setting. Breakfast caters to everyone. Lovely terrace with sunset views.

I truly enjoyed the room, it was spotless and complete with the kettle. A hairdryer and a bidet were a plus.

The hotel was quaint in general, had superfriendly staff especially the excellent receptionists. The unit we got was well decorated with the kettle. The breakfast food including slices of fresh bread, cereals, and hardboiled eggs was appetising.

The location was fantastic, right on the lakefront and close to all the main attractions. The beautiful terrace overlooking the lake was a definite highlight, and it was great to relax there and watch the world go by. the hotel was super clean, which was a big plus for me.

While the rooms were comfortable, it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom, maybe just a simple kettle. , it would have been great if there were chairs on the terrace instead of just sun loungers.

Great location, close to ferry stop, bus station, and shops. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the entertainment in the square. Being able to bring our own drinks to the terrace was a nice touch. The hotel was clean and the rooms had everything we needed. The friendly receptionist and helpful TUI Rep added to the positive experience.

The bread with the evening meal was consistently stale. The portion sizes for the starters and main meals were too large, resulting in a lot of wastage.

Really friendly and excellent staff especially the excellent receptionists and new-fashioned rooms with the kettle. In the middle of the city, very convenient. Also - just off Bardolino and Lazise on prom, the shores of the lake and Astoria.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The rooms were beautifully decorated and super comfy with an AMAZING lake view. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the lake and central bus station. Can't wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Garda. the location was perfect, right in the center and just off the main promenade. It was so convenient to explore the area and try out all the amazing restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms had a lovely view of the lake, which was a great way to start each day. Plus, the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

No major issues, everything was absolutely fine.

What an amazing start to the new year! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beautiful lake with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The hotel rooms were cozy and clean, with excellent air conditioning which was much appreciated in the warm weather. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great advice on things to do in the area, and even provided us with complementary bottled water in our room every morning.

The shower area in the bathroom was a bit small, which made it a bit difficult to move around. And unfortunately, the hotel bar was closed during our stay which was a disappointment, but there were plenty of other places nearby to grab a drink.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel, located right in the heart of the city! Best aspects include being in front of the lake with a beautiful outside terrace, near everything in Garda, and just off the main promenade. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. The hotel is in front of the restaurant where some public events take place, and we found it very convenient to explore the city and its transportation options from here. Breakfast was okay, and there is no parking available.

Nothing to dislike!

This hotel has an ideal location right on the lakefront and in the centre of all the action. It's close to everything, including a restaurant that hosts public events. The breakfast is good and there are facilities like a safe and a balcony, depending on the room.

The rooms may be small and some amenities like the hairdryer and TV are not up to par.
